CopterX 450SE is here!

Ordered on Jan. 5th from ehirobo.com, shipped on the 6th (regular mail) and arrived on the 14th. Wow, that was fast! Will add some pics of the kit contents if I can figure out where the camera is. Still waiting for the motor and electronics from hobbycity.

Nice Karl, I have some Gyro's if you need 1 for the Rudder karl.
What motor are you putting in?

This will be a low budget build - Turnigy Typhoon 2215H motor, HXT MG14 cyclic servos, MKS DS480 tail servo and HK401B gyro.

Should'nt have any problem there... ;)
Al and I, plan an box order of 5 next month, with a neat Bell 206L body Fuse from them. So we will have lots of parts around.
I'm not sure if you have to mod the Tail drive gear in that 1, but it might be worth checking the RC build threads on it. 8-)

Had some time to finally start the assembly this morning. I took off one side of the frame to make it easier to install the servos. The frame screws needed to be threadlocked anyway, so no big deal. Got the servos in, frame assembled and skids installed now.

Hmm, no, probably won't be ready for spool up for at least a couple more weeks yet.
