Oooo, new from HK... thermostatically controlled 2s/3s electric heater for your TX glove.
Guess you have to start it with a warm lipo to avoid getting into a catch-22 situation.
At $14 the price is nice but, because of the insane temperature range (30C-80C) that is used as the controller setpoint, I will be waiting for a good set of reviews to come back on it to avoid wasting my time.

I have one of those on the way Jeff, will bring to the field (and post once I've had a chance to scald myself...). The HobbyKing TX mitt came back into stock for a couple of hours at the beginning of the week and was offered with this heater as a bundle so I opted for the deluxe set-up. I'm worth it.

Well my HK order arrived but instead of a mitt and heater kit I ended up with two Tx mitts. I went back to HK's site to check the order and sure enough it shows 2 mitts. I guess I'm easily confused. In any case I won't be trying the heater anytime soon. Anyone need a Tx mitt?

I'll take it off of your hands (no pun intended) if it's not spoken for already

My gloves showed up on schedule last week. Very thin and quite tight but surprisingly warm. The holes are perfectly sized for the ends of my sticks and it's quite easy to dock the thumb to the points. Now, if only the wind would cooperate, I might get a chance to flight test...
