To covert a pdf document of a plan, to a format to use in a CNC laser or router, takes some work. There are a series of YouTube videos that cover some aspects of how to do this.

They cover using Inkscape software and the steps to import a PDF file and convert it to a DWG or DXF file. Once in Autocad format, most programs can convert to G-Code to drive the laser or router.
