Here is a video of some merit, filmed by an 18 year old in France who is under investigation for having contravened the UAS laws.
Judge for yourselves.
Admittedly some formal regulation should be in place, but this video is a superb bit of work. Hopefully, common sense will prevail and we can open up the new world of aerial photography in a rational manner.

Interesting John...certainly the vid is a work of art, about art.

I attended a workshop given by our own John L. and Mark L. last week and it does make you think when you hear that everything that is being done COMMERCIALLY by private individuals with Drones, in the USA, is presently being done illegally..! At least in Canada, with proper permits and guidelines this activity can be performed.

If more news comes out after this fellow's court date, keep us posted.

On another note, a reliable source tells me that our taxpayer dollars have financed a dozen high priced Drones for our Federal law enforcers, and that one of the first payoffs was the locating of a $800,000.00 grow op..!
