I've been working feverishly trying to get my Multiplex FUNCUB ready for next weekend. I've accidently glued the tail wheel rudder assembly together. Any help appreciated -

Re: Help - CA Glue debonder
I put a drop of Candian HobbyCraft UN-CURE on the nose of my Stryker and my EPO test sample for 120 seconds and there was no reaction. Both EPO and Horizon Hobby's Zfoam are supposedly related to Elapor, which is the foam used in your FunCub.
Not sure if it won't eat the plastic hinge material - I've seen CA eat control horns before. I'd still recommend you test a drop in an inconspicuous location and try to test it on the plastic hinge material.
The bottle of CA debonder I used has a green label and I picked it up at Maritime Crafts & Hobbies. It's basically the same label that you see on the BSI (Bob Smith Industries) products and a lot of the CA products at Hobby-King.
In the future it'll probably help to know that vaseline or silicone grease is recommended as a coating for things you don't want the CA to stick to.

*&^)$%&^%@!% - I forgot about vaseline trick.
I'll head over tomorrow and see if they have CA debonder or some Uncure. She'll just sit there for tonight
I guess I should be lucky I did not glue it to the workshop table
Many thanks

Re: Help - CA Glue debonder
Tks for the tip Jeff - stopped in at Maritime Hobbies today and tried it tonight - worked like a charm.
I now have some Vaseline at the house (not since the girls were in diapers) and some UN-Cure
Tks again
