Good move.
You might want to consider teaching other clubs around the region, how to do that.
Some clubs aren't even able to post their AGM date, or any rescheduling, on their website, if they have one. Holding a virtual meeting seems to be beyond their consideration or maybe their comprehension.
Covid, Flu, and other nasty things are still around. HEFA again sets an example. Keep up the good work.
