Thank you to those who participated in our online AGM yesterday. We had more than enough members for a quorum but there was certainly room for more.

Some keypoints at a high level:

• We looked look back on 2022 through a review of minutes from the 2021 AGM, President's Report and a review of financial details.
• We discussed next steps forward with our search for a new main field.
• Re-emphasized that Porter's Lake is really still a great site for our club and activities and we will be planning a club gathering there in the future to reintroduce members to this site.
• Preparation for a planning committee to focus efforts on a coordinated effort to look for alternate fields. Discussion of reaching out to potential known contacts. Please reach out if you are interested in supporting this effort.
• Review of some potential sites - but still very much in the early stages.
• Review of existing MAAC fields in the area.
• Directors:
  • Resignation of current Directors
  • Special thanks and recognition of John Liddard who has supported HEFA as Director and Treasurer over the past many years.
  • Nomination of new proposed Director list.
  • Nomination of the following executive:
    • President - Brian
    • Vice-President - Chris
    • Treasurer - Rhoady
    • Secretary - Josh
    • Director's at Large - Blair and Gary
  • Thank you to these members who have volunteered to support the club activities. And a special welcome to Blair to the team.
