I've never actually been to a HEFA BBQ before as I got started flying at the very beginning of isolation, but I've heard good things about previous BBQs and it sounds like fun!

I was seeing some risk of rain for Saturday but perhaps it’ll be okay. Sunday morning looks like it’ll be more sunny, but on the other hand, the Azerbaijan GP is that morning

What a day! Close to perfect conditions. Although there were a few people missing, we still had a great turn-out.

Thank you to Bob for being our chef. Thank you to those who helped financially with contributions to support the BBQ. And a special "thank you" to three people who were particularly generous with their BBQ contributions. We were able to break even (or close to it) and have some supplies left over for the next event!!
