HEFA and MAAC Membership Applications

Sorry I should have made myself more clear, I meant is there a version to fill out online to submit. I have already downloaded the one in the post already but it isn't able to be edited unless my pdf editor has something wrong with it. Do you just fill that out (once I figure out my pc issue lol) and email it?

A new membership application is attached below for 2023. There are no changes to fees.

I am sure that there are better ways of doing this, but you can use the free version of Adobe through the "fill and sign" feature to enter your info and to save this as a different PDF.

We appreciate your renewal / joining of HEFA for 2023. As you know, membership in HEFA (and of MAAC for sure too!) is required for regular use of our fields. We do have some challenges ahead with fields but I remain convinced that this is the best $50 that you will ever spend.

While cash can be provided to any of the HEFA directors, an email EFT is really the easiest.

I just replaced the HEFA 2022 Application form with the 2023 version in "pdf". Check out the first post in this thread.

A quick point of clarification for electronic fund transfers (EFT) of membership dues…. Security question response should be as per previous HEFAMAAC all caps.

• Update for reduced fees September 1 - December 31 per our special meeting
