Unfortunately, due to the oath of confidentiality that as zone directors that we have to sign as a member of MAAC Board of Directors, I am unable to provide specifics regarding Ron Dodd’s letter of resignation. However, all MAAC members have the right, according to MAAC bylaw article 59(1), to view board of directors minutes during usual business hours of the corporation. A copy can be made available at a reasonable fee.
The Dec 6th and 10th minutes would provide additional information regarding Mr. Dodd’s resignation letter.
