MAAC Membership renewal is FAST and EASY!

For those that wish to fly on Saturday, remember that a MAAC membership for the current year 2011 will be required. It is easy to renew on-line. Then you can print the receipt and it can be your proof of renewal until MAAC sends you your new card.

This is much better than years ago when they charged you $5.00 for a FAX or e-mail confirmation. So there is every reason to get renewed before flying time on Saturday and no reason to not get renewed.

Will someone be there Saturday to accept cash for HEFA membership renewal? When will the HEFA membership cards be ready?

Any of the directors can accept dues. 2011 HEFA cards are available. Remember everyone that new HEFA forms are required with your renewal dues. Remember to sign the forms.

MAAC memberships can also be renewed/started through the association... again please don't forget your MAAC forms They need to be completely filled out, including a signature, before we can accept your MAAC dues as the forms must be sent to MAAC with the funds, even for a renewal.

The 2010 version is here download/file.php?id=1113, just change the 2010 to 2011. I'll see about getting Bill to change the date on the form.

That time of year is here for those that like to fly on New Years Day........Time for Renewal of the MAAC Membership...and its SO easy and SO painless..when you have your own account set up on the MAAC website.

Just make sure you have your password printed somewhere. It asked for mine and I gulped for a second before reaching for a folder marked MAAC Stuff in my drawer. Turns out my password in a combo of the names of the last two household pets..! Gezz, who would of known...!

Anyway I am MAAC legit now for the next 12 months..!
