I’ve got the first of the season itch. Anyone have plans for flying this weekend?

I plan to be there tomorrow Jamie.

I'll try to get there before 9 and put some sort of sign up to point to where you turn off of Lynch Road to get to the field. If you haven't been there before the turn is easily missed. So far I've counted at least 4 people that have ventured on well past the turn off to the field before they realized they've missed it. If you miss whatever sign I come with tonight the turn up to the field is on the right just 2 or 3 minutes after you get onto Lynch Road. It's a relatively steep hill and you'll see a couple of very large piles of brush at the top.

Remember to bring your tick spray. There's definitely a few around.

I am planning to be there around the 9AM mark as well. Not sure what club rules are, but I will try to be a fast learner

Overcast but calm at the field yesterday. The field is in excellent condition.

Good to see a couple of guys come out of winter hibernation and get in their first flights of the season.

Yes there'll be a couple of people there.
