Unfortunately, i will not be out tomorrow. Perhaps - if the weather is conducive - there will be a few members out and about….!

Be safe!

A very Happy New Year to all the HEFA Flyers.
It's been a couple of tough years of limited access and despite everything we have managed to get an amazing amount of flying done due to the level headed safety precautions we have stuck to with our flying procedures. Many thanks to Brian Gray, who has throughout, guided us in our safety procedures. Gentle reminders are essential,
The past number of days have been very good to us with almost calm conditions. I was out tuesday and Wednesday, but missed Thursday. I was out again this morning on my own about 9:30 and had a 10 minute flight off a 10 second motor run on my old blue fuselage Mayfly. Although no noticeable thermal activity was evident the model seemed to float forever.
Tomorrow's conditions look very favourable so it's time to start the New Year with a good turnout.
See you at Shannon.
