Well... lots of wind on Saturday but Sunday was a real hit! Lots of participation on the flight line and in the pits area.

Nice to meet Jamie who has returned to HEFA and is checking us out again. Missed an opportunity to have an introductory flight due to scheduling but we will connect for sure!

An introductory flight with Alvin (goes by Michael) who was introduced to our club Apprentice. He was really starting to get the hang of it towards the end of his flight. Way to go.

And wow.... Andrew! What flying skills! Take-offs... check! Straight and level flight... check! No loss of altitude in the turns... check! Figure 8-s.... check! Some loops... check! A few rolls... check! And even a few landings.... check! Fantastic flying. And certainly Dad Wesley was doing really well with his time on the sticks too! Wow.

A few members hit the slope at Lawrencetown in the afternoon. Thanks to Tim for sharing a few picture and videos. Wow... these planes are much more acrobatic than I've seen in the past. Amazing! A video compilation is on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/HalifaxElectri ... 3625928790

A few pics....

Smaller turnout for pending rain on Monday... but still lots of great flying!!!

A few planes "on display" at HEFA. I'm still not sure how these all fit into a vehicle.... ;-)
