Great turn-out this morning at SP. Lots and lots of planes in the air and good (safe distance) conversations. Warbirds.... helicopters... gliders.... scale.... 3D.... everything was represented!

I arrived late but was able to enjoy some flights and was able to get a few videos. A very quick compilation on HEFA''s FB page at https://www.facebook.com/HalifaxElectri ... 407566610/

That was so much fun! My nerves have finally calmed down. Hahaha. Cant wait to take her up again. And a big shout out to Bob and the amazing work he has been doing on the runway. I never thought I would be able to take off on grass with that jet. Thank you Bob! :D

What were you flying, laying on the grass? Looks comfy! A good cure for sore neck!

That was a quick and fun capture after the landing. A quick "flop" to the ground after the fun of flight. We'd never fly in that position!

Glad to see you got your F-16 in the air, Mark. Great landing! I was hoping to stop by this morning but I had to take my daughter out shopping. Now you have to think about getting some more 4S batteries!

Jeff - I don’t think that the flight could have gone any better! And that landing was picture perfect for sure.

Hmmm... F16.... I think that I called it a F22 in the video caption. Good to set the record straight!!!

Hehe yep shes an F16. Thanks for the compliments! Oh I'm gona need some more 4s batteries for sure. It was just last year when i bought my little umx timber and some 11 dollar 280mah batteries. I remember thinking, "hey this hobby isn't to expensive Batteries are only 11 bucks!" That's changed now..... HA!
