Christmas Day
Got in some Christmas day flying this afternoon. Was all alone for a while, but then Jeff dropped by to fly his helicopter.

Nothing new RC wise, just has some free time to kill. I did get a new 3D printer though. Works well so far.

Re: Christmas Day
It's an Ender 3 clone. A Tronxy XY-2 Pro.
http://www.tronxy.com/web/index.php?top ... =133&id=83
Lots of great features.
24 volt - heats up really fast
Prints pretty much all filament types although some say TPU can be troublesome
Insulated hot end and build plate
Flexible removable build surface - don't need to scrape prints off, just flex and pop
Run out detection
Thermal run-away protection
Power failure resume
Large build area - 255 x 255 x 260
Auto level
All metal frame
Touch screen
Even came with sample filament, tools, an extra hot end and end stop switch.
Probably forgetting something, but it works great and I got it for $205 US.
Already have a bunch of things lined up to print. Just need more filament.
