A little chilly, but got a couple flights in yesterday with my Aquastar seaplane. Nice to fly off the snow. Rick and Bob were there too.
Today, it was just Bob and me. Tried to fly my Apprentice on floats, but the rudder clevis pin broke so back to the piper for some flying.
Merry Christmas everyone. Have a great holiday break.

I never crash, I just create exciting ways to meet the ground. After all, take-offs are desirable, landings are inevitable.

Re: Weekend Dec 21 - 22
I must have just missed you this morning. I got there around 9:30 and no one was there. What a spectacular day for winter flying. Calm, warm, blue sky and a few centimeters of powdery snow. These are the days I dream about for outdoor winter flying. I flew several flights with my Apprentice on floats and a couple of flights with my Timber.
