Weekend - June 29,30 & Jul 1

A few flyers headed out today (Saturday) despite the wind forecast. It turns out the wind stayed fairly low until noon so we were able to get quite a bit of flying in.

Jerry dropped by to check out the field and the club. It was nice to meet you Jerry and hopefully we'll see you out again soon.

As usual the field was in great shape. Thanks Geoff for keeping it mowed.

Guess that I really missed out. A late start to the morning coupled with a windy forecast near noon made me focus my attentions elsewhere. Blowing pretty good now but yeah... seemed to stay low until at least noon. Drat!
