Free Starting Helicopter....

We received an email from someone offering (for free) their helicopter to any interested members in our club.

A few specs:

• Black Cat R/C helicopter complete with radio controller
• Picked up a few years ago at a yard sale. It had been damaged but the guy said it was complete with all parts and could easily be fixed.
• The body of the heli is 27 inches long from nose to rotor
• Rotor blades are about 21 inches in diameter.
• Pick up in Dartmouth.

A few pics are below. Pen is provided for scale purposes.

Looks like flybar with constant pitch blades more suitable for a beginner.

Not sure what might be broken on the unit or if the parts will fix it... Could be the ESC? Motor? Linkages? Wiring? Transmitter/receiver?
