Thanks John, I was thinking of contacting you today for a re-maiden but was up to 2AM last night so was late getting up.
Attached are pics with the new front end with built in VENT. Looks somewhat rough, but time to see if it's flyable and worth going back into the shop for additional Bondo and paint.
