I have been working on a few things for the winter. First is a gas balsa plane built by modifying a top flite kit. Turned a p40 into a p36.
The second is a Me163. I picked this up for the slope but think I will keep the power to fly at the park as well. Since I like colourful schemes I re-painted it as the British captured aircraft. This will be much easier to see as the bottom is all yellow.

Nice looking models, Marc. I especially like that modified P40.

Maidened the Me163 on Sunday. The yellow bottom stood out great against the grey clouds.
Used a 3s 2200. Plenty of power. Thing would really groove on a 4s but think I will stick to the 3s.

Nice models Marc! Really enjoyed the maiden of your Me163 on Sunday! Certainly is a fast flyer!
