Sleeve Retainer

Has anybody seen this Permatex sleeve retainer (or Loctite equivalent) in any local stores? It's used to help hold bearings in their housings and pinions on shafts.
Princess Auto, 81 Wright Ave, Burnside Industrial Park... on the wall, left side (as you face the entrance).
