Plays great on my Nexus 7 (Android) tablet using the VLC app. No luck on my iPhone.

It's really worth watching, IMHO...

will check this out later on my "good" pc

just a thought - i checked the codecs and they are definitely Windows Media video and audio codecs, however if the file extension is renamed to something a little more generic like "avi" or "mp4" or "mpg", frequently they can then be played, perhaps even on a Mac, but i don't have much Mac experience

**edit ---- hmm, apparently VLC media player plays wmv on a Mac, best video player ever imo -
