Slope soaring wing possibility?

I've been casually interested in trying out some gliding and like the look of the flying wing designs. Was thinking of scratch building a Mugi or something when I came across the MWC webstore. Has anyone played with a McClain wing?

The McClain Foam Wing Cores ebay store sells all-EPP or EPP/EPO 36" and 48" wing cores for $20-30, and shipping to Canada's $10-15. Seems like a pretty good deal to put a slope racer or combat wing together. Wonder if he'd give us a break on shipping if a bunch of us bought them...
