New radio advice.....

Unread post by Metalhead » Mon Jan 10, 2011 9:42 am

Hi Everyone,

Now that i am getting hopelessly addicted to the sport i am looking at new radios.....

I have a couple 72Mhz units but am very interested in eventually getting into BNF planes.

I have been looking at the Futaba and the Sektrum radios but really need some advice here....I already have 5 planes....only flown 2 though...lol

HELP!

Big Question...How Deep are your pockets. ;)
There are some good used Spectrum DX6i around, and the 6ch Rx's are under $10 from Hobby King. ;)
Good luck, with your decision

if one of your current radios is a futaba with removable module, a spectrum module might be the way to go. then any of the bnf work perfectly.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the responses....

I would be interested in any used Spektrum 6i's around......better than buying a new one....
