Hi
The supercub mentioned is hard to beat for starting. Charge the battery and put things together. When battery is charged you are ready to fly. After mastering the cub you can determine what type of flying you want to do and gather equipment as you go.

Cheers,

I believe Rick has one and thinks it's even better than the Super Cub. It's a big plane and will look & handle great on the field.

Nice choice. Congrats, and welcome to the club!

The Apprentice should be great. The included DX5E radio can be used either as a master or slave in a buddy box sytem. You'll be able to partner up with someone who has a DX6i for your first flights.
