Most HEFA flying is either done early morning weekends (0730-1200) with a few late evenings - both only if weather cooperating. Having just returned from holidays late Saturday, I was unavailable for Sunday flying - I seem to recall some fog early Sunday w wind in afternoon (?). We also fly out of two sites, Shannon Park (SP) and Porters Lake Field (PLF) thus the importance of ahead notice if possible to ensure your chances of success
Your best bet is to post to this forum (see below url) ahead of time to ensure an instructor is available
