Stryker Twin Thrust Vectoring

Unread post by yorcram » Sun Oct 09, 2011 4:45 pm

I made a mod to my stryker. Put two edf motors on and made the mounts adjustable for TV. I have the TV turned way down until I see how it flies.

Steve, I need my programming card back so I can change the timing on the ESCs.

Interesting looking plane, hopefully it will be nice this weekend and can check it out in the air.

Had it out Monday. Works ok :) have a laggy servo so need to change it out. Once the timeing is set, it should be fun. I was able to fly at almost 1/2 throttle before the timing stated to mess with the motors.

Did you install counter rotating motors?

No, I am limited to what props will fit.
If/when I get a new radio I should then be able to add differential thrust for 'rudder' control.
