Here is something I read today that might be of interest..how to strengthen foam with a glue product from ELMER's.

If you want to improve the colors on your Splendor and make it more hangar rash resistant, and strengthen areas subject to wear... without adding weight...use Elmer's PROBOND Advanced. I paint the nose area, leading edges and the hatch with it with a small paint brush. It goes on with a gray-blue color but dries crystal clear. It really enhances the colors and does toughen the foam. I do the same on my CZ Cub and Rare Bear

I picked up a small bottle today.... I will try it out on some of my belly landers and perhaps water planes in preparation for flying from the snow..... brrr.....

I will report back on how well this works....
