LiPo HK Nano Bty

Just received three Nano 3S 1000mah batteries from HK. one is reading zero volts...leads seem OK, balancing connector reads zero on all leads...any ideas? Can this be brought back...assuming nothing is wrong with the cells...

found the problem one of the connections between two of the cells as broken. Fixed now..it's on charge.
