An email has been sent to current / previous members from 2023 regarding a special upcoming meeting to discuss some important points for HEFA. The on-line meeting / voting of 2024 members is scheduled to take place on February 6, 2024, at 7pm.

There are three items:

• Motion for a new name for HEFA
• Motion for changes to the Director list
• Motion for fee adjustments September 1 - December 31

There are four items:

• Motion for a new name for HEFA
• Motion for changes to the Director list
• Motion for fee adjustments September 1 - December 31
• Motion for clarification of family membership voting

With our free ZOOM account, we are limited to a maximum 40 minute session; the first session is planned for 30 minutes (7:00pm-7:30pm) and a second invitation link will be shared as required on Thursday.

*UPDATE*

Club name change has been approved. Welcome to the new club "Shubenacadie Model Aviation Society" as unanimously approved at our special meeting.

We've created a new email address "smas2024@outlook.com" for club correspondence as well.

Our main ASRCM field will be the central point for flying fun....! Stay tuned!
