STOLEN GOODS

Unread post by RonStuart » Sun Jul 22, 2018 3:50 pm

If you encounter anybody offering particularly hot deals on an E-Flite Apprentice S15e plane, an ammo box containing several LiPo batteries or a Stihl Chainsaw... they could be mine. Noticed them missing from my garage about an hour ago.

Sorry to hear that Ron; seems to be a lot of that going on lately. You should spread the word to other Clubs in case these things are fenced out of this area.

Sorry to hear this, Ron... some people are so bold. Any idea when the theft took place - middle of the day? Night? Was the garage locked? Trying to learn for others.... again - sorry to hear this...

Yes, Trevor, my MAAC #87976, name and cell number were on a label affixed to the battery door on the bottom of the fuse.

Brian
Brian, There appeared to be two guys working the neighbourhood, my next door neighbour caught them on a hidden camera trying to enter his detached garage approx 4:30AM, then it recorded two guys walking down the street about ten minutes later carrying an armload of stuff. My neighbour on the other side lost his chainsaw when they ripped the lock of his garden shed. A couple of unlocked cars were rifiled through as well. As much as I hate to admit it, I think I failed to close my garage door that night! Dumb!!
