Mini Airsurfer
got it finished enough to test fly on the hfx commons - flew great but i wish i'd had calm conditions. still need to tidy up cockpit area. tried the music wire cabling again, works perfect. airfoil is curved this time not bent. added balsa ribs. stripped dollarama foam don't like to bend. easy build and super cheap too.
39" span, 3 oz all in, roughly 1.7 oz /sq ft
5x3 prop, 5g motor, 180mah batt, 6a esc, 2.5g servos

thanks cato - i would love to go to kentville again, but i'll have to wait to see if there are enough volunteers from hefa for the hobby show which unfortunately is both sat and sun on the same weekend.
