On a serious note first....the other day at the Avon field, Chris put in a call to Redwing RC because his new servos purchased from them were "hunting"...moving back and forth a small amount as if they were hunting for the proper location to stop at. Amazingly, while we were still at the field, Redwing called him back to say they were emailing him info on two conditions that might be happening to the servos and how to deal with these conditions, and that if this info does not help, the servos will be replaced under warranty. Obviously, customer satisfaction is high on their list.
Now on to the humor side of Redwing RC ...a short video on how to repair your broken plane..

Some good humour! I must admit that I have had this feeling with one plane.... Which I just never bothered to repair!
