Unread post by JohnOSullivan » Sun Dec 06, 2009 2:55 pm

Here is a video from my $16.50 Chewing gum camera taken yesterday. Mi first try on Vimeo -
Had to include the bit at the end when that big bully tree smote me.

Great background music and a dramatic ending. What more could you ask for?

The music is a translation of "Hey Jude" into Gaelic buy the Group De Dannan who were all the rage when I lived in Galway many years ago
The also do a slick version of "turkey in the straw" and my favorite - "Arrival of the Queen of Sheba into Galway"
The oscillations on the Eyespy are the result of too high a gain on the FMA Copilot. The interaction with the tree, I take full credit for.

The pucker factor with the gum camera is a lot less than with the Lumix.

Nice shooting John, now if we can just keep you from landing in that tree. ;)

Looks like the crowd stayed all morning. Too bad I had to work.
