New float plane on the way.
Ordered a new plane this afternoon. Ever since I saw it I wanted it.
Ya I had a weak moment lol.
Hangar 9 carbon cub 15 cc ARF is on the way with the float kit. It will be awhile before she’s ready to fly or I’m ready to fly for that matter! Lol
Still need engine, servos, receiver and a more capable transmitter also. Once I got it I’ll put the floats on and post some pics. I’m on vacation for 2 weeks so hope to see some of you soon!
All the best
Jamie

We all understand those weak moments!
Looks impressive. 7.5' wingspan. 6S electric or gas engine.
This will keep you out of trouble for a while!

I can’t imagine the heartbreak. Poor guy hit a needle in haystack. So that flight was probably about $120 a minute. Omg. Maybe he ran out of fuel or too low idle and it quit. Regardless, I can’t imagine the disappointment.
They’re saying 200$ shipping from Edmonton. Looking at alternatives now.

Wow...that shipping charge would buy you another model ....check with MSC, I've received too large boxes from them recently (not that large though..!) and there was no additional shipping charge. They are a dealer for Horizon Hobby.

Great advice Bill! Mighty Small Cars are great!!! Highly recommended for sure and you can't get better service anywhere else and for a fair price.
Another "local" option could be Great Hobbies: https://www.greathobbies.com/productinf ... id=HAN5065. Not sure about shipping or insurance though! Looks like some cost sharing https://www.greathobbies.com/ordering/shipping/
