35mm EDF Micro Jets
I can't remember where I first saw these. I think it was in a marketing email from HK. I guess it worked since I have one on the way now. They have a 15" wing span, 100g flying weight (less crash damage) and run on a small 2S battery. Will be interesting to see if this will actually fly well on 2S.
There is an F86 Sabre and a Mig 15 available. Here's a video of the F86, although that one has a slightly different motor/fan than stock.

F86 finally arrived yesterday. Still needs some work to get it ready. I was going to use some 3.7g servos, but they are a little big, so I might have to get the recommended 2g ones. The electronics area is pretty tight as you can see below. Airframe with fan unit weighs 60g. Hope to get the flying weight right around 100g.

Re: 35mm EDF Micro Jets
I finally got the connector I needed to hook up the ESC to the HK R415 4ch micro Rx. With a 2S 360 Rhino battery, the flying weight is 100g. It was reported on RCGroups that it might be tail heavy and I did have to add 5g to the nose to balance it where the manual stated. I tried to launch it this morning off the top of the bank, but it just went straight to the ground every time. Well !@#$%, this doesn't look good. I removed the nose weight and tried again. Success! It's very responsive in roll, so the ailerons need to be tamed down. Flight times are about 4 minutes with the little 2S 360. The nose took some abuse during landings since it comes in pretty hot.

Re: 35mm EDF Micro Jets
I've only had a couple flights on my F-86. It's a bit tricky to launch, but it flies well.
I ordered the F-16 since it has the lowest wing loading of these new ones.
