Banana Hobby has sold an exact clone except for the addition of ailerons for over a year, when I bought my Sky Surfer.
It's a great first or second plane, and $99 plus shipping, upgradeable to brushless for +$30. Mine is still going despite being the first plane and going through a lot of crashes. As I recall, it came to about $150 shipped with TX, RX, 2S1300 and charger. Super deal.
